1. Services

Lyra Advisory Inc. ("Lyra") provides bookkeeping, controller, and fractional CFO services through this client portal. Services include financial dashboards, invoice management, month-end close tracking, AR/AP aging reports, cash flow forecasting, and AI-assisted financial analysis.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to access other clients' data, reverse-engineer the portal, submit malicious content or code, use the portal for illegal purposes, or exceed reasonable usage limits.

4. Financial Data

Lyra provides financial reporting and advisory services. All financial data displayed is derived from your connected accounting platform. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying financial information before making business decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lyra is not liable for decisions made based on portal data. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data. We will retain data as required by applicable law and our data retention policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
